“Goods” refers to the products available for sale on our website.
“Orders” means a request by You to purchase goods from Us.

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
To cancel your order, please email us at orders@riteshdigify.in with your order details.
Cancellations will not be accepted if:
• The order has already been processed, printed, or shipped.
Refund for Canceled Orders
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, as our products are made to order.
Returning Goods
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been printed and shipped.
Exceptions:
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos & videos of the issue.
• We will review the case and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Customized or personalized products
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
• Minor variations in color or design due to screen differences
